Boo

It is almost Halloween, so the few decorations we own have been pulled out of the trunk. The bouncy spider my mom gave me several years ago hangs in the kitchen door way. Jay and I will be carving our pumpkins tonight, so I will be posting photos of how those turn out this week.

The Onesie Trifecta

We have received a lot of cute clothes from everyone, but these three pieces are too cool to not be featured on their own. The Goth-Solid-Black Onesie, The Pony Onesie & The Beastie Boys Onesie.

Photography

It took us a while to finally figure out what image we wanted to hang in the Goat's room. From the start, we knew we wanted a piece of photography. We had found several prints online that we liked, but they were all too pricey.

During our last trip to Pensacola, we asked Sally to take a few shots of mine and Jay's Vans (shoes) out on the beach in front of the 1770 beach house. The day was unbelieveably beautiful, and we walked away with a great photo. We just picked it up from the framers, and it is now waiting to be hung by Jay.

Package from Mississippi

A box arrived on our front porch this weekend from Bill & Trudy Horne! Check out the super cute blanket made especially for the Goat. It has moons and stars on it and is so soft I might steal it for myself.

A good friend from work, France, picked up two pretty drawings for the Goat during a trip to Canada.

Work Baby Shower

Our Friday baby shower was great! We had a conference room decked out with cake, balloons, wine/beer and gifts. I spent some time this weekend unpacking it all and putting it in the Goat's room. A diaper champ, booster seat, stuffed animals, diaper bag and lots of other stuff.

Josef, Laura and Jackson stopped by for a little bit yesterday to see Annie, Preston & Evan.

Owen's Visit

Jason and Annie came into town Friday night with their 5 month old twin boys, Preston & Evan, in tow. Jay and I hadn't seen them since our wedding, so we had fun catching up on their big move back to Georgia and life with their boys. Jay and I managed to avoid changing a diaper, but we did help feed them a few bottles.

Baby Shower

Mine and Jay's firms (Cooper Carry and Lazega & Johanson) are throwing us a baby shower today! I just received the invitation from a co-worker which I am posting. As long as there is cake I will be happy!

Jason & Sally's Front Porch

After the Boardwalk, we all went back to Jason/Sally's house to hang out on the front porch.

Shower Weekend in Pensacola

I have photos of the night after our shower! But for some reason my new camera didn't take any at the actual event. Anyway, we all went to the Boardwalk for wings at Hooters.
