I think Rusty wants to get a restraining order on Solon. Solon set his sights on him as he was happily sleeping and started yanking on him. So hard that Rusty made a semi-open-mouthed-biting motion. Nothing to be afraid of. He is slower than a bad Disney animatronic and has zero teeth...And doesn't have the best vision. So Solon has nothing to worry about. Except for the dog breath.
