This is Anna. She was my dad and Shellye's dog, and is a rat terrier/feist mix. My dad wanted a dog just like Sally's little Heidi-Ho...and they bought Anna about 3 years ago.
I got a call from Shellye a few weeks ago, and she told me she wasn't able to take care of her right now, so we happily offered to take her in as long as needed. The trick was getting her to Atlanta from Newton, MS which is a considerable drive for me. So before Labor Day, my mom drove over and met Shellye in Meridian, and they made the swap...then my mom brought Anna down to Pensacola..and then we brought her to Atlanta.
She is so sweet, and Solon is in total love. Even if he calls her Ninna. She comes into the room when I get him up from his nap, and she lays in the bed with us when we read books before bed time.
