End of the Weekend

Solon has eaten and it is now time to wind down and get ready for the week!

Here We Go

We saddled Solon up into his cool high chair from his Aunt Leigh-B and mixed up some rice cereal. We put a little bit in his mouth, and we got a blank stare. This isn't my milks!

He Likes It

After a couple of pauses, Solon actually started opening up his mouth for more cereal! I would say he had about 4-5 big bites.

Stuck Inside

Since it rained all weekend, we spent all our time inside. So more photos of Solon playing in his jumper machine.

Learning To Share

Solon let Rusty borrow his bib for a little while.

Yikes

Solo got a fancy hairstyle after his bath.

Spot

We spent some time on the couch reading 'Where is Spot.'

Inching Closer

Solon is just starting to sit up by himself. He has a tendency to lurch, so we have to keep a hand on him.

Saturday Afternoon

I have been a little sick for several days, so I took a long nap Saturday with Solon to recuperate from the week.

Gravy On Top

The weather here has been so nasty the past few weeks. Rainy, cold and muddy. So we treated the puppies to a little big of roast & gravy leftovers for dinner Thursday night.

All To Myself

Solon gets the bed all to himself in the morning while Jay and I get cleaned up!

Concrete Be Gone

The guy arrived early Friday morning to pick up our dumpster. He said that it was about 10 tons worth of concrete.

I Will Eat You Boppy

Solon still loves his boppy even though he hangs off of it. He might have to upgrade soon...to a mattress.

Run Like a Panther...or a Puma

One of my friends/co-workers, Kristin, has a little boy about 18 months old. She and I both have similar fashion sensibilities, and we must have cool shoes. She brought me these little Puma shoes that her son had outgrown. They are a little clown-shoeish on Solo right now, but they definitley are very cute. Despite the velcro.

More Love

Hello Frog Man. I want to eat your big green head.

I Am So in Love

Since Solon is right on the cusp on sitting up in his new toy by himself, Jay and I have to wedge a bunch of blankets around his waist so he can actually play. He really loves the frog which has a mirror right below it.
