I am not the biggest football fan, but I told Janie on the phone last night that I am actually for the first time ever excited to watch this one. So I spent a few hour putting together some fun food. Rotel of course. Cream cheese and salsa dip sitting in my little caterpillar serving tray I got from my mom forever ago. And empenadas. Yeah. Empenadas don't scream creole, but I have always wanted to make them. And of course Bud Light.
